This is Dustin's Story

Dustin was 17 and was killed by 3 teenagers.My son started Dating a Girl named Heather.He fell head over heals for her.She had a ex boyfriend who didnt wont to let her go.So He started stalking my son. on November 21, 2007 he found my son turning in our drive way and blocked him from turning in.Dustin went straight they began to chase him.They wouldnt leave him alone.The boy was very drunk and only 17 too.They cause my son to wreck his car.He was ejected from his sun roof where he had a very bad head trama.The boys decided they wasnt through with him.They began telling him thats what you get when you mess with me.The boyfriend had my sons blood on his hands.No one knows what else he did to my son while he eas laying helpless.

He later died at carolina medical center.Our life has forever changed

The grand jury is charging the driver with involuntary manslaughter and the exboyfriend with second degree murder.The one in the back seat turned state evidence.Our trail is suppose to start January 26,2009.Please pray for justice in his honor.

 
Dustin would not wont us to shed a tear for him, but to be strong

Justin, an innocent victim of senseless crime simply because he loved someone. So young and so much ahead and then taken away from all who loved him. After many years of working with attorney general prosecutor's office in Calgary, Canada, so much BAD STUFF, too many horrible crime scene photos, it was tragedies iike this there were some days I just couldnt comprehend continuing....

my heart goes out to you and your family! JUSTICE FOR JUSTIN AND prayers for you and your family. He rests now but 'we the living go on'. Blessings and comfort in all the hard days, months years ahead. PMC

Oh My God,!!!! May he rest in peace. I'm crying as I'm typing this to you. I believe in your dream of Dustin telling you he is OK, he is with GOD and in the arms of the Shepard. I have a son and a daughter and I thank God everyday and ask Him to keep them safe. You are in my prayers, may you have peace knowing he is in heaven with Jesus.
