Women

One is not born a woman, one becomes one.

~ Simone de Beauvoir

She wore a short skirt and a tight sweater and her figure described a set of parabolas that could cause cardiac arrest in a yak.

~ Woody Allen

I have an idea that the phrase "weaker sex" was coined by some woman to disarm some man she was preparing to overwhelm.

~ Ogden Nash

Sure God created man before woman.  But then you always make a rough draft before the final masterpiece.

~ Unknown

A woman can say more in a sigh than a man can say in a sermon.

They may talk of a comet, or a burning mountain, or some such bagatelle; but to me a modest woman, dressed out in all her finery, is the most tremendous object of the whole creation.

~ Oliver Goldsmith

There are three things men can do with women:  love them, suffer for them, or turn them into literature.

The flowers are from the Singapore Botanic Gardens. It's HEAVEN for photographers. :)

You've just scored a lot of points with all the women in your life, James. Great photos with words that have been well chosen to compliment them.

I regret, but the women at all so are ideal as these perfect exotic flowers. We have a lot of thorns:) you are very lovely. So there are a lot of compliments. A real poem. Your photos are simply delightful! Dark, bright, colourful. Perfect work! Your love to the close women also is perfect.

I would expect you to include some carnivorous plants in this set - with a quote like ""When I'm good, I'm good. But when I'm bad I am better." (by Mae West, naturally).

James, the idea is great, the photos are astonishing, the quotes are perfect and #6 & #11 are some of the best pics I've ever seen on Tabblo. I'm your biggest fan!
