Alaska - The last great American Frontier!

These pictures were taken during my family vacation to Alaska in July 2005.  This trip really inspired me to become the photographer I am today.

 

These pictures were taken at Glacier Bay National Park, College Fjord, the Alaskan highway, Juneau, Ketchikan, Skagway, and the Alaskan Railroad. 

 

The first picture was taken at Mendenhall Glacier in Juneau.  The canoe was going by the glacier on the way to the waterfall nearby.

 

The second photo (bird picture) was taken from the Dawn Princess cruise ship while we were in Glacier Bay.  A fellow passenger was feeding the birds from his balcony, while I was photographing them!
