Personal expression should not be suppressed nor be judged on the basis of other people's tastes or preferences. However, your photo here is just too good to qualify as a "bad tab" ;-)

what is a bad tabblo!!! or what is a bad photo not easy to define, this saying comes to mind,
" what is one mans meat is another mans poison" no bad pics only pics used to express an emotion/ a feeling/ a moment in time/ a slice of history recorded on film to share with one another, even camera shake can be expressive, all things to all peoples, as for your ptoto, it is very very good statue in the foreground works well as a silluette& the rest of the photo is also very good, a little bit too much sky perhaps but good anyway,
