Taken in Waterford, Connecticut in a tiny little observation shack just off the beach. My wife came out to join me as I took some shots of the beach and surrounding wetlands during a serious blizzard, and she was just trying to keep warm. You can see some of the snow coming in at an angle through the window. |

I took this shot in Khao Sok national park in southern Thailand. The whole area was flooded years ago to create a reservoir, and all the old limestone mountain-tops still jut up out of the water like this. |

Taken in Brasov, Romania. This was my favorite little bit of graffiti, just down the street from what's known as the Black Church, the largest gothic church between Vienna and Istanbul. I got shots of the church too, but I just really like the colors and overall design of this picture - I think it's the monster letters. |

This shot of Frank - our wall-eyed, dachshund/corgi mix - was taken at home. He's a good little boy. |

Taken in Bermuda. This was my favorite picture of a limestone cliff from our recent trip there. The texture was stunning - and of course the old ruins of the British military base on top added an extra point of interest. |
