Super macros. Didn't know the Smithsonian Museum of Natural history had butterflies. I must have missed them, when I paid a flying - no pun intended - visit, back in '98.

A stunning collection that is well captured and delicately presented. I always think of Dustin Hoffman and Papillon when I see such amazing beauty as these. Well done Ginny! Mike.

Great shots ! ! ! I'll soon have to visit our Museum of Natural History again to see the butterflies. If I go when it's too hot, all they do is sit and fan themselves, and these days are too cold so I'll have to pick a perfect day so I can see all of them fluttering around.

Butterflys are amazing little creatures with their delicate wings and gorgeous colors. You got some excellent shots and displayed them beautifully.
