I don't know what Alfred is doing in that frozen corner of the world. As Mike said, Hitchcock is for the birds, and I guess all Canadian birds had already left for their Summer vacations in the sunny part of the globe.

By the way, ANNELIES, it's a funny name for a restaurant that serves chicken, because it means "rich chicken" and "cocoricó" (written as one only word) is the sound cocks and hens make (in Brazil and Portugal, at least).
LILIANA: Não sei se todos perceberam, e eu também reforcei a idéia graficamente (escrevendo "left" à esquerda e "of center" centralizado). Ok, pode ter sido um tanto óbvio, mas... não resisti.

Creo que el título da para "Estando a la izqyierda del centro" y "Siendo Leftofcenter". Genialidades y sutilezas que el español puede decir gracias a ser y estar... Pero pierde el juego, la duplicidad... Buen desafío para un "traduttore / tradittore" (nosé si llevan doble te, perdón...).

Eduardo.affonso said at 7:20 p.m. on Feb 20, 2009: Em Inglês, "bird" é usado tanto para pássaro quanto para ave. Daí a expressão "bird flu", que não é nenhuma febre de pajaritos, e, sim, febre aviária. Algo parecido com o Português, no qual usamos a palavra "peixe" para peixe (vivo) e pescado.
