Keeli said at 10:44 a.m. on Mar 7, 2009: We had a surprise winter storm this past week. Six inches of snow fell then the sun came out bright as could be! This is the handrail on my deck. The sun was rising and shining through the icicle, it was so pretty I had to shoot it. I didn't notice the unusual growth on the one icicle til after I took the picture!
