He opened his mouth but what came out was charred black.
"Up there," he managed,
"Where white is black and black is white, I won."
Ted Hughes
Crow's Fall
When Crow was white he decided the sun was too white.
He decided it glared much too whitely.
He decided to attack it and defeat it.
He got his strength up flush and in full glitter.
He clawed and fluffed his rage up.
He aimed his beak direct at the sun's centre.
He laughed himself to the centre of himself
And attacked.
At his battle cry trees grew suddenly old,
Shadows flattened.

Swedfinn said at 9:35 a.m. on Mar 14, 2009: All parts fit perfectly in like a jigsaw puzzle. The title? Your local dialekt maybe?
Memotions said at 9:57 a.m. on Mar 14, 2009: Thanks Laura, Dad and Jorma. OK Jorma, over here we interpret the call of the crow to be "Caw" and I added a black and white effect to go with the black and white mentioned in the poem. Et voila! there you have the title "Caws and effect". Hope that explains it a bit better for you.

I'd never heard or read that tale but isn't it just perfectly wonderful storytelling? Well segmented with each set of your shots and for this time only, I actually felt sorry for the 'caws and effect' for those darned noisy crows. WONDERFUL AND NICE TO SEE YOU AGAIN DEAR PATTY...luv from me and 'he' xox
