Moorlerche said at 6:42 p.m. on Mar 16, 2009: Quiet and peaceful. Looks quite different from the beach I have been to in Washington State. There were so many cares parked that sitting down there seemed a bit of a waste of time. Yours however is really nice.

Jeepism67 said at 11:45 p.m. on Mar 16, 2009: Having that sailboat in the pictures adds to the relaxed mood this picture generates and is a reminder thats the wind is blowing and most likely the only sound the someone may hear at the spot, add a sea gull call then and now to go with the wind sounds :)

Welshchick said at 4:15 a.m. on Mar 17, 2009: Thank you so much everyone~ I took many pictures last Saturday but this one seems to be the one that sings the song... These are the waters my father adored and had spent many peaceful happy hours sailing. We launched our boat from here on Sunset Beach and then we went way out in the Guemes Channel and released his ashes into the Sound. It was beautiful and peaceful and just the way he wanted it. "Adieu Daddy...I will visit this place whenever I can...you are in my heart forever".
