~~Concerto in Gold~~ for my father

On a beautiful evening in this month of March...the Skagit Symphony gave a superb concert. 

We had been told that they were paying a tribute to my father but it truly surpassed my dreams... they chose to honor him with my most favorite of all  "Concierto de Aranjuez" by the late Spanish composer Joaquín Rodrigo.  It was pure magic~~~

Oh my tears have come up again.....such beautiful and poignant and that so Spanish classical 2nd movement from the concerto! WILL BE PLAYING OFTEN as the whole 2nd movement as performed by John Williams infused my home with 'serenity and lovliness' yet poignant it is. Thank you for your very sweet comments that touch my heart~~Thank you Angela~ yes, an honor so comforting and I was able to speak with the guitar player David Feingold and tell him that I'm sure that my Father was charmed by his beautiful gift .:^)
