National Orchid Garden, Singapore

Located in the Singapore Botanical Garden, it has the largest display of orchids in the world. Bred and 'hand-crafted' by the Gardens' horticultural staff, it is home to over 1,000 species and 2,000 hybrids, with more added every year.

 

Effort has been taken to ensure color of pictures shown are correct and accurate. Minimum touch up are applied to enhance viewing pleasure.

Hi Alison, I think Margaret Thatcher is doing very well and has a few new hybrids beside it now. ;-) They got their name to honour those who came to see them in person at the park. That's how!
