~ Two Trees for Tuesday ~

Two trees, growing together side by side for many years, sharing the nutrients of life.

*

It's not about where you've been, or what you know,

or what you've seen or might yet go.

Life is the journey we all must make,

full of cares and woes,

so grab it, live it, for goodness sake,

enjoy the highs, and damn the lows.

The words remind me of something I once read "Live everyday as though it were your last one because one day it will be."
Wildthing said at 11:29 a.m. on May 20, 2009:
How true, John. You can't wrap yourself or anyone else up in cotton wool to protect them from life.

Tenderness.........."The nearness of you" , a sweet song I heard from the great Ella, and it means a lot to me......That's what I feel looking at your photo. Ciao, Mike. Grazie

on the left the male, on the right the female. why is it just the two of them in that field? they really seem to belong tWogether...
Wildthing said at 3:57 a.m. on May 21, 2009:
I'm so pleased that this photo reminded you of a favourite song, MIRELLA.
Wildthing said at 4:02 a.m. on May 21, 2009:
Well, Scully!!! Why are just the two of them in that field? Why is the sea salty? Ask me one on Dean Martin. Sage that I am - on a good day - there are so many questions that may not even have answers. But as we both know, 'The truth is out there'. :)
