Ira said at 11:30 p.m. on May 28, 2009:
Your photos very romantic. Florida... In Russia it can be only dream:) Magic places! Perfect portraits. Very beautiful effects
Karsten said at 11:47 p.m. on May 28, 2009:
Hey Linda - freedomfest - sounds good - and the people you captured seem to think the same - the first foto is awsome - did you realize that the clouds above the building are like a face? or is this you remarcable experience en photoshop??? LoL... ;-)
Fabio_DL said at 11:49 p.m. on May 28, 2009:
Very modern and beautiful, Linda! You are always creating something different!
OscarDaniel said at 11:51 p.m. on May 28, 2009:
Very nice tabblo Linda!!!! the hug picture is my fav!!
Karsten said at 11:55 p.m. on May 28, 2009:
yes oscar - the hug-foto is just in the feeling of freedomfest - but the "twins" are more my type..jeje ;-) Thanks again Linda for your creativity!!!
Lifequest22 said at 11:56 p.m. on May 28, 2009:
Thanks Andre, Ira, Karsten and Fabio. Freedom Fest was an event held for Memorial Day this past weekend. Karsten, I didn't see the face till you pointed it out. I processed all of these in photoshop. Some were experiments to see what I could come up with. My favorite is the one of the couple with all the white. I really like the results of that technique.

Ira--we all need our dreams. Andre--I like the washed out color look too. Fabio, I'm always experimenting and learning something new in photoshop.
Lifequest22 said at 11:59 p.m. on May 28, 2009:
Oscar, thanks. I was just writing that the hug pic was my fave while you were writing it. Karsten, they look like twins but are actually the same girl and I blended the two photos together to look like one. It's my second favorite pic.
Karsten said at 12:02 a.m. on May 29, 2009:
i got that... ;-) that´s why i put twins in "..." this signs..what do you call them???
Karsten said at 12:08 a.m. on May 29, 2009:
anyway...great job - do like the result!!!
Lifequest22 said at 12:08 a.m. on May 29, 2009:
Yes--i see the "quotation marks" now. But it would have been a better story if they really had been identical twins, wouldn't it. But the real story behind this young woman is that she was standing perfectly still and as i walked past her, I thought she was a statue. I turned and looked back at her and realized she was for real.
Karsten said at 12:09 a.m. on May 29, 2009:
well, that´s a story...!
Karsten said at 12:11 a.m. on May 29, 2009:
for standing still... look at this one.. ;-)

Lifequest22 said at 12:43 a.m. on May 29, 2009:
Then I guess I should also say "Thanks Noe." Perfect timing.
Karsten said at 12:49 a.m. on May 29, 2009:
LoL...i know..probably you like this one too...although it´s more about "moving"...jeje..but it gives you a good mood.. ;-)

Wasabi indeed! I saw the eye in the clouds too, immediately. The "faux" twin is a favorite of course, maybe the couple on deck too => representing freedom very well, sunglasses, bermuda shorts, beer and white yachts, what else do we need? I'm just kidding of course. We need much more (amigas..) TGIF!

21-gramm said at 4:59 p.m. on May 29, 2009:
nice mood, Linda! your slogan is {create or die}! wassabi, indeed!
AliDar said at 5:17 p.m. on May 29, 2009:
I love the shot of the two (one) women (woman) with the balloons on her head. It reminds me of a Diane Arbus photo of a couple of twins... Hmmm, not sure if a couple of twins would mean four people or not <G> ... anyway, I was about to say, that shot beneath that one looks like a multimedia work, a collage where the metalic object in the foreground is suspended slightly off the page. Great stuff Linda! :)
Pkeener said at 5:32 p.m. on May 29, 2009:
Must be Friday! and thank Toowaaaaaannnddaaa it is!

Lifequest22 said at 12:56 p.m. on May 30, 2009:
Hey all you tabbloers--thanks for stopping by.

Leftie--that guy was cool. He saw me shooting and jumped out and started posing. He owned one of those expensive boats.

Allan--I didn't see that face until Karsten pointed it out to me. Pam. Yeah, I've been busy in bootcamp. You know your guitars.

Dar--That pic was a total experiment. It's actually a sculpture infront of the hocky stadium.

Thanks Den, Connie, George.
