What a shame. The dog seems to be protecting him.

This is sad. Princess appears to be grieving for the squirrel. She's such a sweet dog.

Sad but prophetic. There are no happy endings. Life and luck eventually run out.

Simply amazing. It has things that people would comment more, but they provide comments. Congratulations on capturing the images.

Sometimes, animals are more sympathetic in certain situations, than many humans.
Congratulations for the pictures.

If more Humans could realize the Gentle and Loving sensitivity that Animals actually have for each other, If the Animals were not so abused in the world by the world, Nature would go no as it should, living and dying, but it would then, not abused by the world and live in a more peaceful manner. I have seen how animals can relate to each other and in positive ways. I think we can learn from that deep, special sensitivity Animals posess. Bless nature, The Precious Animals. And the natural cycle of life on Earth.

Great angle but sad situation. I feed a squirrel family (about 8) everyday in my backyard. They are lovely creatures. I wish I could save this one
