Another trip that the kids were clamoring for was Safari World.  Mommy Aor and Tatia never went there before but Titus went there once. Aunt Aw got another leave from her work to join the kids there.  We went there with two nannies just in case the kids got too tired.

The first section we visited was Safari Park which is an open zoo that we can drive through. On her first encounter with the zebras, Tanya kept shouting "Dogs, dogs, dogs" (in Thai, that would be "Ma, ma, ma.") We got to see camels, rhinos, giraffes, and many birds.  Next we went to see lions and tigers in their sections.  We followed the feed vans for these carnivores, so we got to see the lions and tigers got the food from the feeder (who was a girl in a tiger-striped suit.)

Next we went to see dolphin and sea lion shows.  There was also an elephant show in which an elephant walked a tightrope.  We are still amazed how the elephant got to be that good.

Titus really liked the "Spy Show" which was like a Hollywood stunt production with a lot of explosions.  During our walks we saw many kinds of animals such as thousands of koi fish, monkeys, porcupines, sea lions and seals, various birds.  We needed to carry Tatia a lot since the the walk was way too long for her.  Tanya got so tired she slept in her carriage during the explosive Spy Show.

We had a great time.

ทริปสนุกสนานก่อนเปิดเทอมอีกทริปหนึ่งที่เด็กๆร่ำร้องอยากไปกัน ก็คือ ซาฟารีเวิล์ด ซึ่งในชีวิตแม่อ้อไม่เคยไปเลย แต่ธีธัชไปมาแล้ว 1 ครั้ง คราวนี้ป้าที่ดีที่สุดในโลกอย่างป้าออก็ลางานพาหลานเที่ยวอีกเช่นเคย คราวนี้เราต้องพาพี่เลี้ยงไปอีกสองคนด้วย เพราะต้องเดินเยอะมากและเราต้องการคนแบกธัชธีญาในยามที่เธอไม่ยอมเดินขึ้นมา

ส่วนแรกที่เราเข้าไปคือ Safari Park เป็นสวนเปิดที่กว้างมาก เราขับรถเข้าไปชมสัตว์ได้เลย โดยไม่ต้องลงจากรถ พอเข้าไปถึงก็เห็นม้าลาย ธัญญาตะโกนลั่นรถว่า "หมา หมา หมา" นอกจากนั้นยังมี อูฐ แรด ยีราฟ และนกมากมาย จากนั้นก็จะเป็นสวนสิงโต และเสือ เราโชคดีที่ขับรถตามรถอาหารสิงโตและเสือเ้ข้าไปติดๆ รอบๆรถอาหารจะติดลูกกรงรอบรถ ส่วนในกรงก็จะเป็นสาวสวมชุดลายเสือที่คอยทำหน้าที่ยื่นเนื้อสัตว์ให้กับเจ้าเสือและสิงโต เจ้าสัตว์ทั้งหลายก็จะมาปีนรถ หรือกระโดดขึ้นไปหลังคารถเพื่อรับอาหาร

แล้วเราก็เข้าไปดูโชว์ต่างๆ ทั้ง โชว์ปลาโลมา โชว์แมวน้ำ โชว์ช้าง มีช้างเดินบนเชือกสองเส้นด้วย ไม่รู้ฝึกยังไง เก่งมากๆเลย  ธีธัชได้ขี่ช้างด้วยล่ะ  แล้วก็มีโชว์สายลับซึ่งธีธัชชอบมาก เพราะมีทั้งยิงปืน และระเบิดตูมตาม ตามทางที่เราเดินดูโชว์ต่างๆก็มีสัตว์ให้ดูอีกเยอะเชียว ทั้งปลาคาร์พเป็นพันตัว ลิง เม่น สิงโตทะเล นกนานาพันธุ์ เดินกันจนเหนื่อยเลยล่ะ ต้องแบกธัชธีญาเป็นระยะๆ ส่วนธัญญาก็หลับคารถเข็นท่ามกลางเสียงระเบิดตูมตามจากการแสดง แต่เด็กๆก็สนุกกันมากเลยล่ะ
