An Angel in Paris to Tita "tata" Adelma

Our friends from Bristol Rey and Susan introduced us to their

friend who is based in paris, her name is Tita Adelma.

tita Adelma or more popular to her nickname "Tata", has been working in Eiffel dining reservation since 1981.

Tata help us with everything that we needed the entire time that we were in Paris.

She helped us out booked a good hotel (with a discount and about 3 bus stops away from Eiffel tower).

She gave us Tickets to go for a River Cruise.

She would visit us in the Hotel,to bring fresh fruits and made sure that we are okay.

Almost the entire time that we were in Paris it was raining.

so i was wet most of the time, coz i wouldn't want to miss shooting, Paris being so Lovely is Beautiful even if it rains.

Sure enough after a couple of days i got sick.

When tata heard about it, she immediately went to the hotel with a pot of hot rice porridge and some meds.

She Has been a darling and an Angel.

Thank you very much Tita Adelma!

This Tabblo is dedicated to you.

Hope you can visit Manila Soon!

Pareng Dyowi! Salute to you and Tata. You made Paris a dream like. You really have a different eye with your subjects. I've seen many different pictures of Paris but still you made yours unique.
Well done and Kudos. I will bet for TOD on this one too!

a lot of these are like nostalgic post cards from another era.

The rain might have been a blessing, as the light on these shots is so illuminating

Lucky you to have such good connections! Your images of the statues with the Eiffel Tower speak to me of the vulnerability and fragility of the human experience, even though ironically, there should be strength and power in such stone and steel. I love the moodiness you evoke with the dark clouds and how you bring out the sense of the divine awe in your cathedral images. Thank you for your encouraging comments on my amateur photos!
