Fabio_DL said at 1:22 p.m. on Jun 13, 2009: Celia, The forest is around Caney Lakes and it is part of a big reserve that goes further further south. It is the only National Forest in the state of Louisiana. I am planning to visit the southern part, which has several trails ope this time of the year. Thanks for your always kind and precious comments!
Bobbie, I am back from the airport. I think I will have to go to Texas to see more movement (LOL), although I live very close to Barksdale AFB. Yes, it is a magnolia flower whose tree was very young. That's why I had a chance to take the picture from that angle. Don't trust on my flowers/plants knowledge. Besides knowing almost nothing in Biology, I have problems in this area with the language. Thanks for your kind comments!
Robbi, You do great walks there. Your surroundings are very different from the ones we have here, but exuberant Nature is a common thread in our regions. Thanks fr your comments!
Neusinha, Thanks so much for your kind comments and encouragement! We get the energy from your unstoppable and excellent work! Thank you! As you know English very well, and to facilitate the communication with all our friends at Tabblo, I would like to respond only in English, if I may. I know you will understand, and our friends will not need to go to Google translator. Everybody will win. Thanks again, Neusinha!
Dear Teo, Thanks for your kind comments and your words of encouragement! They are even more precious because they come from so far. Take care, my friend!
