This little garden gnome was itching for an adventure; he anhd his trusty lantern had the good fortune to be able to accompany me to the Fort Collins/Loveland Relay for Life at the Larimer County Fairgounds behind the Budweiser Events Center, June 13, 2009.

Relay for life always has plenty for all ages tosee and do: three separate stages of music, dancing, games, face painting, super-heros, hair painting, raffles, contests, bake sales,  swimming with rubber duckies (at least for the gnome), walking, camping, and an impressive luminaria ceremony to honor those who have survived and those who did not.

Will a gnome attend the next Relay for Life? Who gnows?
