Helmsley, at the southern edge of the North York Moors on the River Rye, is an attractive market town nestling in the shadow of a 12th century castle's ruins.

this looks so quaint, love it when u take us to the countryside.. love the trio peeking over the gate :) they didn't trespass did they? (1st one on the right looks ready to jump over!)

Those threesuspicious looking characters, Scully, are, L to R, my sis-in-law, neice, & wife. And yes, I think my wife was trying to escape the grizzly old guy with the ever-present camera.

Ah Mikey...another GRAND LOOK at 'ye olde jolly olde Angleland' LOL ....loved the MOORS and traversed all over by car....again more memories to ty u for... I DID NOTE THE 2 SHOTS of ''gargoylism' haha......what's UP WITH THAT?!? tee hee I'm sure they were all put there for warding off evil spirits or some such!
