A few cities in SoCal support a weekly main street type of car show, and Garden Grove never fails to disappoint.

A crew of volunteers patiently wait for the local businesses to have a normal workday and then...here come the roar of muscle cars, street rods, and some good old classics.

A perfect setting in a town that loves the history of the automobile.

In a case of getting there is half the fun, members leave at around 2:30 to beat the Orange Crush traffic.

So, we take pictures while we are waiting....

We finally get a thumbs up....or whatever you call that thing....

Garden Grove is almost like two shows - main street and a separate parking lot

When you see this sign...you know you have finally made it in!!!

And after waiting all that time....it's time for some chips and salsa!

And we are back to these two guys who have stopped the thumbs up stuff and moved on to a sophisticated approach....
