Thanks Doreen, Thierry, Karine. Jerry, that was my son's car. But he sold it. Too expensive to keep up and drive.

Leftie--Yeah, the cons are back. Glad you enjoyed the playground.

Lifequest22 said at 12:02 p.m. on Jul 26, 2009:
thanks everyone.

Pia--I think the Chevelle is a 1968...... Allan--yes, my favorite place to hang--PS.....Mike--the cons can't stay away long.

My favorite image is the comp with the clock--it's made up of 5 different images.
AliDar said at 12:48 p.m. on Jul 26, 2009:
I keep coming back to that third shot; I think it best shows your ability since at first the layers and manipulation aren't apparent. The strangeness of the image creeps up on you as you view it. ... (Chuckling) just above as I type this you've said it's made of five different images. <G> ...I was trying to figure out how many. Aside from the surrealistic nature of the image, the layers are seamless... I only guessed at four. ... Not a bad place to be lost in; Glad you come out now and again to show us what you are up to. :)

Love the deep color on the old Chevy. I had an old 68 Camaro, miss it dearly. Cool shadow trick with the monument as well.
Erich said at 2:28 a.m. on Jul 28, 2009:
fine results..certainly worth the efforts!
Chilla said at 2:31 a.m. on Jul 28, 2009:
Linda, these are incredible images, you must have had a lot of fun with this! I love the lighthouse picture
Lifequest22 said at 2:33 p.m. on Jul 28, 2009:
Hey--thanks everyone for your comments.

That Chevelle looks better in the image than the actual one--it wasn't as shiney. Before the Chevelle, my son had a 69 Malibu. The passenger door wouldn't open and when he gave me a ride to pick up my car from the shop, I had to sit in the backseat.

Yes, Jodi--it's PS. Working in ps has become a passion of mine. And everyday I learn something new.

Thanks, Pam--practice makes perfect I guess.
Debdog said at 9:53 p.m. on Jul 28, 2009:
super job Linda! I have not had the nerve to tackle PS.....you GO!!!!!! that car is fantastic....you must be a graphic designer
Lifequest22 said at 10:05 p.m. on Jul 28, 2009:
Thanks Deb. I love graphic design and used to have a background in it. then I switched over to social services. But still got to do some design for the agency I worked for--flyers and Powerpoint presentations and other stuff.
Snooway said at 10:35 p.m. on Jul 28, 2009:
Wow, these are great photoshopped images, love the car and the lighthouse. I haven't had time to learn PS yet, the only function I've used so far is the 'smudge'?
Shenresi said at 2:31 a.m. on Jul 29, 2009:

Thanks Sue, Angela, Gayle and Jean-Emile. Creating the lighthouse scene was cool-especially the fog. ( it's actually the St. Augustine lighthouse)
