thanks Buschinho! =) the street party w/ food stalls and bands you're referring to at roxas blvd isn't there anymore. =( The presiding mayor is against with the idea of all those partying stuff at night because as per him, this causes crimes. He's just too old school and conservative. =( Now, this roxas blvd strip/park is dull at night. and it's scary to go there late at night. though the colorful lights remain there.. too bad =( ..haven't tried the floating restaurants though..hehe.. there's still more to see here in manila =)
