Rubber, Rust & the Green, Green Grass
 
Today I had to take a detour from my usual route home, and I made this discovery as I made a turn very close to where I live. Inspired by Eduardo's images of rusting objects (http://www.tabblo.com/studio/stories/view/1744563/) a while back, I just had to stop the car and take pictures.
 
Big, heavy machines have always fascinated me... I wish I could have invented one of these :)

I do like rusting stuff, but these textures& colors added lots of drama to the retired vehicles. I hope you will stop you car everytime you find places like this.
