~~ Le long de la Côte d'Azur ~~ Le Fort de Brégançon ~~

Le fort de Brégançon est un lieu officiel de villégiature (principalement estivale) du président de la République française. Il est situé au bord de la Méditerranée sur le territoire de la commune de Bormes-les-Mimosas (Var) sur les hauteurs d'un piton rocheux de 35 mètres d'altitude et à quelques mètres de la côte à laquelle il est relié par une jetée (à l'origine il en était séparé par un bras de mer).

 

The fort de Brégançon is the official retreat for the President of France. The fort is built on a small abrupt island, off the Mediterranean coast which is connected by a short pier, on the French commune of Bormes-les-Mimosas in Var department. The fort has been a presidential residence since 1968 and Charles de Gaulle's presidency.

et le beau Fort de Brégançon, chargé d'histoire, domine la belle
Méditerranée sur son piton rocheux.

Luisa, this tabblo is spreading calmness and rest. I especially like the first two pictures, because of all the different shades of colours the plants are showing. And I think you choose the background colour well. It goes well with your pictures.
