Hike to the Waterfall (Pa-Lau and Sarika)

Sarika Waterfalls

Sarika waterfalls is located in Mt. Sarika, in the province of Nakhon Nayok about 2 hours drive northeast of Bangkok.  It is a popular destination for local tourists because it is easily accessible, and offers a relaxing atmosphere of forest, quiet pools, several streams, and grand head of water during the rainy season.

The 530 meter hike from the parking lot to the waterfall itself wasn't very strenous as there was a cemented walkway through the forest with several hundred stairs up and down when the incline got too steep.  I'm sure there is a raw trail for those hard core trailblazers, but we preferred the 'easy' route.

The light wasn't too good when I was there, but it didn't rain either.  There are other waterfalls in the area I'd like to explore later...

@ Thierry Karine, 2thfairy, Candlepower - thanks for the comments guys!
@Jususgoz, muchas gracias amigo.
@Woody, it make it a point to see some greens every so often to maintain a decent BP. On the exposures, the camera did most of the work as did the stacked ND filters and tripod... ;)
@Moabjeeper, can't quite get the water to look "real" and lifelike - any tips?
