Before dinner of the second day, there was a 15-minute slot of free time. Teacher Tiew and Teacher Waew led the children in the games of "Sua Gin Wua" (= tiger eats cow) and tag. The children were still full of energy while the teachers ran out of steam. Teacher Waew then read some stories for the kids.

After a while, Daddy Ko volunteered to be a target for the kids to catch, then switched in the middle of the game to be a giant chasing the kids instead. Aj. Watchara, seeing that Daddy Ko was about to die from exhaustion, joined force in chasing the kids. Teacher Dee and Teacher Kat saw this commotion so they came in to join the fun.

The kids started to hold Aj. Watchara's arms and Aj. Watchara started to spin the human centrifuge. The kids were delighted by this and started to ask Daddy Ko to be a centrifuge too. Since Daddy Ko was sweating, when he started turning, one of the kids (Mega) slipped and rolled on the ground for a meter or so. Undaunted, he got back up and started again, but this time dried Daddy Ko's arms first.

Aj. Watchara started to hold each kid in the air and faked throwing the kid to Daddy Ko and Teacher Dee. This produced a long queue of children waiting for their chance being lifted up and thrown. Titus didn't like the height, so he volunteered (unsuccessfully) to be the guy to catch his friends.

Seeing that the adults were about to die from exhaustion, Teacher Jain came in with a soccer ball and led the kids and Teacher Tew around the field with his elite soccer skillz.

After all this, the kids were starved, so they wolfed down their dinner very quickly, without the usual chatting.

Around 20:30, we were supposed to stargaze, however heavy rain forced us to stay indoor, so we watched the sky with the Stellarium (http://www.stellarium.org/) and WorldWide Telescope (http://www.worldwidetelescope.org/) programs brought by Aj. Watchara. Having a glimpse at the vastness of of the universe was a very humbling experience. Also, with all the stars out there, it's a wonder we don't find any extra-terrestrial life yet. Titus was engrossed in Aj. Watchara's account of Greek mythology in the star names.

Tatia was too tired and slept on Teacher Tiew's lap.

In the morning of the last day, we walked around watching birds and local geography, with narration by Aj. Watchara. The children pulled out their paper and pencils to start recording their impressions. Titus drew Mimosa pudica (a plant that folds its leaves when touched, called ไมยราบ in Thai) and a deer standing on two legs trying to reach leaves higher up in the tree (a scene he saw from yesterday.) Tatia also drew her impression of the deer. Mama Aor was very happy to see the kids doing these activities.

We all had a painting activity for 90 minutes. The parents used acrylic paint and the kids used black Chinese ink this time.

Daddy Ko and Mama Aor didn't have to worry about Tatia's injury like last year, so they got to focus on the painting. Mama Aor was worried that her work wouldn't be good, but Teacher Dee (who happened to be a professional sculptor and painter) told her that "Don't worry. The will beats the skill." So, in the end, Daddy Ko drew the edge of the forest with the mountain and the cloud in the background, while Mama Aor drew a "Tao Mue Sua" which means a tiger-claw vine.

ช่วงเวลาที่สนุกสุดคือ ช่วงที่ต้อง Entertain เด็กประมาณ 15 คน เพื่อรออาหารเย็นที่ยังจัดไม่เสร็จ ครูติ๋วกับครูแววก็ชวนเด็กๆเล่นเสือกินวัวและแปะแข็งจนครูติ๋วหอบแฮ่ก

 ครูแววเลยงัดนิทานมาเล่าให้เด็กฟัง ซักพักพ่อโก้เลยอุทิศตนชวนเด็กวิ่งไล่จับ พ่อโก้ก็เลยแปลงร่างเป็นยักษ์วิ่งไล่จับเด็กๆตัวจิ๋ว อ.วัชระกลัวพ่อโก้เป็นลมเลยเข้ามาช่วยจับเด็กๆอีกแรง

ดูๆไปท่าทางจะไม่รอดทั้งพ่อโก้และ อ.วัชระ นายดีกับครูแคทเลยต้องลงมาวิ่งด้วย แล้วเด็กๆก็ขึ้นไปเกาะแขน อ.วัชระทั้ง 2 ข้าง พออาจารย์หมุนตัวเด็กๆก็ถูกเหวี่ยงให้ลอยขึ้น เด็กๆชอบใจกันใหญ่ มาขอให้พ่อโก้ทำบ้าง เด็กๆเกาะกันทั้งสองแขน พ่อโก้หมุนตัวสุดแรง แต่ด้วยเหงื่อที่เต็มแขนพ่อโก้ทำให้มือของเด็กๆลื่นหลุด

น้องเม็กก้าก็เลยลอยละลิ่วไปหล่นตุ้บห่างออกไป 1 เมตร น้องเม็กก้าหัวเราะร่วน รีบวิ่งกลับมาเกาะแขนพ่อโก้ใหม่ แต่คราวนี้ไม่ลืมเช็ดเหงื่อพ่อโก้ให้แห้งก่อน

แต่แค่เหวี่ยงยังไม่พอ อ.วัชระเริ่มจับเด็กมาโยนแล้วให้พ่อโก้รับ

เด็กๆสนุกกว่าเดิมอีก ต่อแถวขอให้โยนกันใหญ่ แต่ธีธัชไม่ชอบความสูง ไปยืนขอให้อ.วัชระโยนเพื่อนมาให้รับดีกว่า แต่แหม..ไม่มีใครกล้าโยนมาให้หนูรับหรอกค่า พอทุกคนหมดแรง ครูเจนก็มากู้สถานการณ์ด้วยฟุตบอล โห..ไม่เคยรู้มาก่อนว่าครูเจนเล่นฟุตบอลเก่ง สับขาพาลูกบอลหลบหลีกเด็กๆสิบกว่าคนได้อย่างสบาย ครูทิวก็ยังลงมาช่วยด้วย พออาหารพร้อมคราวนี้เด็กๆนั่งทานข้าวอย่างหิวโหย ไม่พูดไม่จากันเลย

ตกดึกมีโปรแกรมการดูดาวกับ อ.วัชระ เสียดายที่ฝนตกหนักมาก เลยต้องเปลี่ยนมาดูดาวกันจากคอมพิวเตอร์ ด้วยโปรแกรม Stellarium ภาพดาวนับล้านดวงทำให้รู้สึกว่าเราช่างเล็กเหลือเกินเมื่อเทียบกับจักรวาล แล้วก็สงสัยว่าทำไมยังหาสิ่งมีชีวิตนอกโลกยังไม่เจอเสียที แล้วอ.วัชระยังเล่านิทานดวงดาวให้เด็กๆฟังด้วย ธีธัชตั้งใจฟังตาแป๋ว ส่วนธีญาหลับป้อกไปบนตักของครูติ๋ว

ในเช้าวันสุดท้าย เราได้เดินดูนกกันแถวๆที่พัก ผู้ใหญ่ก็เดินดูนก ฟัง อ.วัชระอธิบายกันไป เด็กๆก็เริ่มควักเอากระดาษและดินสอเริ่มการบันทึก ธีธัชวาดรูปต้นไมยราพ ตามด้วยภาพกวางยืนสองขาเกาะต้นไม้เพื่อแทะกินยอดไม้ ซึ่งได้เห็นเมื่อวานตอนครูติ๋วพาไปสำรวจธรรมชาติ ธัชธีญาก็พยายามบันทึกรูปกวางเหมือนกัน สำหรับแม่แล้ว แค่ได้เห็นเด็กๆนั่งและนอนวาดรูปกันบนพื้นถนนท่ามกลางธรรมชาติที่เขาใหญ โอ..เป็นภาพที่ประเมิณค่าไม่ได้จริงๆ

สุดท้ายเพื่อเป็นการบันทึกความทรงจำและดื่มด่ำไปกับธรรมชาิต เรามานั่งวาดรูปกันด้วยสีอะครีลิคกันชั่วโมงครึ่ง โดยแยกเป็นกลุ่มผู้ใหญและเด็ก มาปีนี้พ่อโก้และแม่อ้อขอแก้มือจากปีที่แล้วซึ่งไม่มีสมาธิวาดรูป พะวงเรื่องขับรถพาธีญาลงเขาไปทำแผลหัวแตก รอบนี้เราตั้งใจกันเต็มที่ แล้วจากคำของนายดีที่เคยบอกเอาไว้ว่า "ฝีมือไม่ดียังไง ก็แพ้ความตั้งใจครับ" พ่อโก้วาดภาพต้นไม้ภูเขา ส่วนแม่อ้อวาด เถาวัลย์มือเสือ ดูเอาเองแล้วกันค่ะว่าเป็นยังไง
