It's becoming increasingly hard to capture Carter, as you said, Annelies! I just have to hope for the moment, and be there as they unfold. There is no way I can direct this little scene. I was so happy to have caught them in the early morning light, and Gibson actually caught the ball.
By the way. Carter's name for Gibson is Gee Gee and of course, all other dogs he sees are named that, as well.

I was having my coffee, enjoying his company, and he came walking into the room with one of his mom's shoes on (of course) and stopped dead in his tracks when he saw Gibson at the couch...I grabbed my camera and the rest was just plain fun
