In these images, in order to frame and create the compositions I start off with a low-resolution photo taken with my simple mobile-phone camera. I use the photo as a sketch/skeleton or under-painting on which to build the final image. I then digitally "paint" directly onto the original image using computer software that has different painting tools (eg. different brushes, smudging tools, etc...).
