Feathered friends

A bird feeder from my parents for Christmas has inspired me to try my hand at photographing the feathered friends in our backyard.  This is an on-going experiment, hope hopefully some improvement will be seen as I progress.  I have enjoyed this project and plan to continue to try to capture the spirit and soul of some of the most interesting creatures on earth.

Thanks everyone for looking and commenting. I'm still learning, come back often and hopefully you'll see some improvement.

Thanks Daddee-o for comment! I'd rather have you send money though, the dang birds are eating me out of house and home!!!!

Sam,
nice work. I have a feeder with good traffic, but don't have good limbs nearby - only the frame of the feeder. I am envious.

Thanks Buddy. I have enjoyed taking these. I'm still learning. I have a big maple tree that the feeders are hanging in. Nice this time of year, but I'm not so sure once the leaves come out.
