Upon special request - the recipe for tonights salad :-) For 3 persons: 6 red paprikas, 6 lemons, 4 garlic cloves, 1 onion (medium size) olive oil, salt and (black) pepper.
Chop paprika, garlic and onions into small cubes, pour juice of the squeezed lemons over and add salt and pepper to your taste. If it tastes too sour, add olive oil. Let all sit at a cool place and marinate for some time (best is 3-4 hours).
This now has all you need either in summer or in winter - it is the pure vitamin bomb :-))
