Actually I like the first one as well. Would like to see series of those kinds of photos.

Nice shots. I'm really amazed by the IU. That might take some practice. There's some good "painting with light" photos on the web. I like the "wheels" at http://www.lostamerica.com/.

So do you just move your camera like you would a sparkler(firework) to write? I used to do double exposures with my film and darkroom, but had no idea how to do this with digital! Love thenm all!

Thanks for the great comments everyone...... Jeff that last shot is my brother tracing his feet with a laser, We collaborated on all of these shots and worked together on them, All of the techniques are from our film days. as far as a series of shots like the first one I will see what I can do but the schedule is a little tight right now.
The I Love U shot I did for my wife and thanks glad you guys liked it.
Pkeener the camera is stationary and you use a light to make the designs, it is painting with light, notice how the background is clear.
and Jill if you want to learn how to do this you need a tripiod and a camera with full manual settings and a nice little bright light.
Once again thanks to everyone for the great comments!!
