Annecy, France

Back in 2005, I had the chance to spend the spring in France and in one of the weekends I was on a trip with 2 friends to see Chamonix.

On the road we stopped for a few hours in Annecy, a charming town in the east of France. It looks exactly like the type of location where I would like to live: it has mountains nearby, a beautiful lake, a picturesque old center and that specific calm only a province town seems to be able to offer.
