Great colors and layout - love the white edge around the photos.

You've captured what I love about Florida in these. No strip malls or busy highways!
LatentE said at 4:16 p.m. on Jan 30, 2007:
Nice tabblo. It's strange but on looking at the first two I get a sense of a couple of elephants stopping by a lake for a drink.

Total peace in these.

"..when he heisted himself and took leave of this place,
through a hole in the smog, without leaving a trace..."
the hole in the clouds made me think of the Lorax from Dr. Seuss.
these are beautiful. the color in the clouds over the lake is so subtle and lovely.

Nice pics, Anders. I like the last two the most. :) And I agree with LatentE, the thing in the first image looks like an elephant. :)

Superbe, Anders, I love the pretty skies. Thanks

That is so great Ejmccartin, and LatentE when you say it, it looks like elephants LOL, the left one with green hair. Thank you all for your comments.

Very strange looking formation in that first image. Beautiful photos! Nice job.

It's truth! Its photos always have something of different. The color, the brightness…. they are normal photos transformed into sepia in the PC?
Zippywinds said at 7:17 p.m. on Jan 30, 2007:
sure is beautiful country and you have capture the rawness of that beauty, very peaceful as well.
Floridamolle said at 7:35 p.m. on Jan 30, 2007:
Yes Tavar, I have worked them in the PC, it's not sepia though, Most of te time I kinda know how I want my pictures to look and work not so much with effects but with color, saturation, contrast, adding noise, creating and mixing layers..... what is common whith these pics is that in the end I created a copy of the background layer, run blur on the new layer and then mixed it in with multiply to the original. (I use Paint shop Pro) It gives a sort of glow.I often use that on B/W, look at "And what if the world is B/W" Tabblo, there you can see how it gives the pics a speciel look.

Yes, the first thing I saw in the thumbnail was the "greenhaired elephant" so was eager to see the full size Tabloo. What a surprise!. These are really nice Anders. I also appreciate that you have explained how you created this effect. I find that not many people here explain their work, and I find it very interesting to read about how things are done. Thanks for sharing. Great Tabblo.
Floridamolle said at 9:00 p.m. on Jan 30, 2007:
Yes I always try to explain if someone asks Joan, I have my self learned some "tricks" from the more advanced on photo sites, you gave me some good tips too. I also think that it could be more discussions in the groups. I tried to start something on the group Black and White yesterday, we'll see if someone will take the bait :-)
