This feels kind of ominous. Like a movie set with no actors. Although the boot seems to be a star.

lol, dvp.. seen too many recent movies that take place in abandoned mental hospitals!

This was very awesome. I really enjoyed walking through this (literally). Did you use flash on any of these (if you did - it was awesome). Very nice job.

decay in a deserted factory? the last place one would look for beauty...but you found it! kudos.

OH W O W Love this JEFF! Great documentary. I wonder where Brad and Billy are now? The REVOLT on the building and the orange door shots are nice, too, but I really like the mood of the abandoned interior. I also like the shot looking up at the open window, too.

You really captured the lighting well for a space that was actually quite dark inside.

A reflection of the past looking through the glass. Great job on these Jeff, I wonder how these would have turned out with your Infra-red camera? I would really like to see the results of something like that.

I am continually amazed by your talent and photographic eye. This is excellent.

Well seen Jeff. I like this abandoned industrial scene. It's really great photography the mix and match of various scenes and the air of desertion and decary from what was once, no doubt, a thriving and busy factory. I like the pic with the orange door and green striped wall. I am amazed that the office chairs and desks remain, and haven't been hauled off by someone. A great documentary here.

Very nice Jeff.

I've seen this building - I remember the tags on the outside. Kind of odd I think. Odder still are the things left behind. It always amazes me when personal articles and official documents, files, etc. One would think there would be some kind of need for them.

a lot of nice subtle blues and greens in these shots. is this film or digital (no exif data!)? i hope you kept those boots for me.....
Karsten said at 11:54 p.m. on Feb 12, 2007:
Very interesting shots!!! Like to restore some of those stuff they just left there... but my favorit is the one with the boot...
Engelgrafik said at 12:06 a.m. on Feb 13, 2007:
CHEMPILOT, yeah the blues and greens are the hallmark of Fuji film, and this is a digital Fuji S3 camera. This is why I rant and rave about it so much. Most of these shots are 1600 ISO and there's very little noticable noise.
Engelgrafik said at 4:13 p.m. on Feb 13, 2007:
Well maybe there is noticable noise on the first shot... but that was VERY dark and the only photo I had to lighten up in Photoshop.
StacyCK said at 10:15 a.m. on Feb 15, 2007:
Jeff, again great shots. I love the moody feel and the colors are great. 1600 ISO and very little noise...you did a wonderful job!
