My wife Amy and I own and operate the NIght Kitchen Bakery (.com).  She handles the front and I bake most of the cakes.  We have a fabulous pastry chef named Peri Abramsky.  Many of these cakes have been designed by Amy Edelman and our former pastry chef Alex Kujawa.  Peri is doing a fabulous job and she is a fast learner and diligent, conscientious worker and innovator.  We look forward to a long working relationship with Peri.
