The first set of shots are of my airmoble from Baghdad to BIAP. (Baghdad International AirPort) This ride was different. A buddy of mine in aviation operations knew I needed to move quickly to BIAP. The US Blackhawks were'nt due in for a while. So he crossloaded me onto a British Puma. These things fly very low and very fast. The door gunner gave me the best seat in the house. I have awesome video as well as stills. My thanks to the Brits for this one. |

The following pictures were taken in and around Baghdad roughly November 2006. The 3rd bloodiest month on record. You can see the effects of a car bomb that just detonated in the background and the effects of a 120mm shell fired from a M-1 Abrahms tank through a brick wall. |
