thanks gals :) those shoes are from the era of Rococo... mostly made/wore in England, French, and Italy in the 18th century..

Oh I think these are for the ladies. If I remembered correctly, the differences between men and women's shoes became more prominent at that time (?)... men abandoned heels and women's shoes became more feminine, smaller in size, higher heels, etc....
