These sculptures are in a garden near the museums and the garden is totally free 7 days a week! That orange structure is an Alexander Calder, and that one with no head is a Rodin! The skinny sculpture is a Brancussi! There are also sculptures by Matisse, Elsworth Kelly, and many more.
The pyramid and upside down obilisk is a major work of art located adjacent to the Rothko Chapel and it is also free to visit (though not much to see). The Rothko Chapel is situated next door to the Menil Museum which is also completely free (and not pictured here).
Mecom Fountain is located in front of the the Warwick Towers which is the building in the upper left hand corner. This is located across the boulevard from Rice University.
The yellow-ish building in the middle is the Admissions building for St. Thomas University which is just across the street from my apartment.
Finally, the pic on the bottom left is the Preston Station in downtown Houston. Behind me (in the picture) is the University of Houston Downtown.
