The real Jane of the Jungle!

Dr. Jane ,she likes to be called or just Jane ,jokingly says: "Tarzan was nice but he picked the wrong Jane!"

 

I never forget the day I met Jane. The moment I shook hands with her ,she asked me to sit next to her  for lunch , I knew this is the beginning of a marvelous path.This woman 's energy is contagious  . I'm very proud to be involved .I believe in Roots and Shoots since I believe in Jane. Jane is a very unique individual , her honest ways are so refreshing. Our youths are the hopes for the planet. Their minds are flexible and adaptable and if we teach them from an early age , they will become caring adults .Our planet is in an danger .This danger cannot be overemphasized. Roots and shoots method is promising and efficient.

Cool experience!! Jane Goodall is a dedicated scientist I really admire her work with the Gorillas. I remember reading that book in college, Anthropoloy 101 I believe.

I saw her speak at Harvard on her book tour a few years ago... what a peaceful powerhouse.

Indeed she is fantastic ,She is probably best-known for her study of chimpanzee social and family life in Gombe National Park.Dian Fossey (Gorilla in the mist) was the woman working with Gorillas,bless her soul .

OH MY GOD! I was there too, and saw somebody bring in two cats and then Dr. Goodall had her picture taken with them; and it was like the cats were kind of fussy when they were brought in, but then they were so calm around Dr. Jane, it was something I won't forget. And, your pictures have captured Dr. Jane's essense, the serenity and the love she exudes.

Inspite of all the caos of a book signing, she seems so peaceful and at ease. It's cool how you captured that.
