Canon EOS-1 Ds Mark II

Canon Ultra-Wide EF 16-35mm 1:2.8 L USM 77diam

bulb exposure while moving a cigarette in front of the lense. it took several attempts before i was able to get it the way i wanted. basically, i just held the cigarette upside down and moved it from left to right as i also moved it up and down. kind of like a heart-beat. it's just another way to paint with light.

Neat way to fake the northern lights. The red ones are pretty rare. I like your ingenuity.
