Progress is now well under way on the fourth and fifth phases of the remodel project: windows, doors, and electrical. The windows had not been updated since the house was built in 1964, and many were non-functional. In the pictures below and to the right you can see the new windows in close-up.

The new windows, which you can see being installed here, are dual pane and highly rated for energy efficiency. As well as performing some of the more basic functions they previously failed at, they will also help substantially reduce the chapters energy bills.

The lighting in the chapter house, especially inside the rooms, was greatly in need of repair. Again, here energy efficient fixtures were used wherever possible to help keep the ongoing maintenance costs of the chapter as low as possible. In the picture at the bottom, you can also see the doors stacked, waiting to be installed
