Another storm day in Dallas, TX.

Right now, this is a current Dallas photo shot.

Right now, there are Tornado Warnings in a few areas.  A tornado is trying very hard to develop.

Our NOAA weather alert keeps going off.

I'll keep you posted.

Right now, the tornado is about an hour drive west of us.  Moving this way at 35mph.  Winds around that area are up to 70mph.  It is moving our way.

This is the DFW airport --- looking North (where the storm is).

As of now, all traffic is halted coming into DFW from the West.

Below is FT WORTH's sky at the moment.

Dallas Rangers were to play at 1pm today but so far they have been unable to play...I think they'll call it and have to do a double header sometime.

Unreported: a tornado IS on the ground in Salinas.

Tornado's are still a possibility in our entire area.

We are under a watch all night and severe thunderstorm warning.

My house is currently "howling."

This front is supposed to blow through in the next couple of hours.

Kids are due home in 30minutes.

Collin County has the brunt of it RIGHT NOW (3:25pmCST).

They are getting big hail, high winds, rain.

They have just reported a tornado did touch down and cause damage...even an 18 wheeler blew over.  It hit a restaurant and took the roof off.  

One home was split in half.

6:44pm CST---We are to get  the storm here from 8-11pm big time.

We'll see.

Not looking forward to it.

I HATE when storms come when you should be sleeping.  I NEED MY SLEEP.

See that "ball" (we call it the big golf ball as it looks like that)?

We walked at the top before...you take an elevator up and then at the top (you can eat there; restaurant) you can walk totally around the ball on the outside!  It is scary and windy up there!  But, you see the coolest view of Dallas.

Unfortunately, people did die in a tornado here in Texas last night, in  South Texas.  :(

Let's offer a prayer for them and theirs and those who had damage and or are homeless today.
