optimism |ˈäptəˌmizəm|

I believe the CHILDREN are our are future

Teach them well and let them lead the way

Show them all the beauty they possess INSIDE

Give them a sense of pride to make it easier

Let the children's LAUGHTER remind us how we used to be

And if by chance, that special place

That you've been dreaming of

Leads you to a lonely place

Find your strength in LOVE

All lyrics by George Benson (from his song The Greatest Love of All).

Woody ... I love that song ... but the pictures with it just make it more beautiful. Just last night we were watching all the starving kids, and those with aids in Africa on American Idol as they were raising money towards fighting hunger and aids ... and my heart broke as I watched those kids. I looked at my son and was reminded again ... HOW BLESSED we are. It's so easy to take things in our lives for granted. I love the faith of a child. Wonderful tabblo.

Woody, this is so incredible. Your photos are so striking. I have always been a hopeless optimist. Your words, and the song are beautiful It also reminds of when my daughter, Amy, was in 2nd grade and her class sang this song in a program. I'll never forget their sweet little voices. Thank you for doing this. An all time fave.

Woody: The content of this tabblo is very important! Also it has a type of photos that I appreciate very much. Photos gotten to the end of the day and, during the night in the beach, are my bigger preference.

Children are our future? You mean those kids that I caught last night rummaging around inside the house being built next door? The one girl was so scared she dropped one of her flip-flops when they all ran, scattering in all directions. Not a single one of the guys tried to help her. hehehe
MAKeenen said at 10:54 a.m. on Apr 29, 2007:
They must be the same group of kids that rolled my trees and egged my house last week, what a future! :) Very nice Tabblo Woody, I love the buoyant silhouette and the sunset. Great work. MK
