It's a pleasure to meet Francoise after working with her for years via email and phone calls.  Francoise is very kind to arrange a tour of the Hermes building and store.

In the room where Special Orders are made.  The guitar case to the right was made for Eric Clapton.  The rolls of leather to the right below are the special skins that are used for Special Orders such as crocodile, ostrich, goat, etc.
