2007-05 Titus & Tatia

Titus is now 3 years and 8 months old. He asks a lot of questions especially the "Why?" Why do birds sing? Why does it rain? Why did Obi-wan cut Darth Maul into two pieces (yes, his dad watched The Phantom Manace with him.) Why Ewok beat Storm Troopers, etc.

He likes to play-fight.  He has little Lego figures and he would put them into battles. He also has his favorite plastic sword that he carries everywhere. He regularly has (throwing) pillow fights with dad before going to bed.

Tatia is 17 months old.  She can pronounce some words ending with -a such as Mama, Papa, Tat (for Titus), Ya (grandmom), Ta (granddad), Ma (dog), etc.  She understands many things and can follow simple instructions such as throwing things into a wastebasket, bringing flowers to her great-grandmom, waiting for her formula to be prepared.

She can tell others about what she wants to do such as telling mom when she wants to go the bathroom by saying the word "Pai" (go) and pointing toward the bathroom.  "Mum" (yummy) is one of her favorite words; she uses it whenever she would like to eat something.  She would point to the food and say "Mum".

Tatia is a very active child.  She knows how to bring stools and chairs to climb up to higher places in the house.  She also like to pick on her older brother.  Titus would let her hit or bite him without any violent fight--usually he just runs away.

One time, Aunt Nid observed Tatia hitting Titus' head and looking around to see if anyone noticed.  When she didn't see anybody observing her, she strolled away quietly.

Gorgeous children! And you are appreciating every moment with them, which is so important because time goes by so quickly.
