The name Fish Eye 0.42 (Zero. 42) comes from that it's almost impossible to not get your feet in the picture. I also include a couple of pics, and links from the other DIYs I put together. Of course I didn't "invent" these cheap tricks, but just did what other have already done. |

This is the $3.75 Peep Hole that I used in the tabblo "Is a $3.75 Fish Eye Lens worth the cost?" It is really just to figure out a way to get it in front of the lens you already uses.It doesn't work on all lenses, it must fill up as much as possible of the of the view finder and you must be able to focus. I tested it on my Kodak P850, just by holding it close to the lens and zoom until it got the right size, but couldn't get the focus right. On my Nikon it's perfect with the 18-55 zoomed to 55. |
