We set off in my uncle's SUV and headed for the city of Taizhou and Jiangyin from Beijing, China. Taizhou wasn't much to see, except for the really nice hotel we stayed at. After visiting various shipyards during the day,we spent a few nights in the beautiful Jiangyin, close to the Yangtze River. Jiangyin was full of night life and diversity, and was relatively clean compared to most Chinese cities. My first impressions were that it reminded me a lot of Kunming,Yunnan, my birthplace. the food was absolutely delicious! Jiangyin has some of the best sea-foods...mmmm. Too bad I didn't take any pics of it haha.
