Night Lights of SouthBank

This are some of my other Trigger Happy shots. I got all of them without flash. I've seen the beauty of not having flash, so this is it! And the fun Ferris Wheel too!

 

The second to the forth picture were taken with a slow apperture.

 

These pictures were taken along SouthBank, and the river is Yarra River. I took them on the Bridge crossing over from Flinders, or Frederation Square over to St Kilda's road to the Art Centre area.

 

Anyway, enjoy them all!

These are very inspirational...What kind of camera do you use? In all the time I lived in Australia I never ventured to Melbourne...I can see I missed a lot. Thanks!

Hey there Cristina. Thanks for giving me the right spelling for Ferris wheel... I keep thinking it's Faeries Wheel... cos of the kiddy thingy I kept thinking about... LOL... Thanks for the comment. ;P

Then not using the flash works wonderfully for taking this type of shot; great photos! That second shot is quite spectacular, wonderful detail without alot of light bleed. Perfect.

Thanks AliDar, No flash always works for me everywhere, except for places without lights or not enough lights to take it. If you were to see my other pictures, they are of no flash too. I'm just and idiot for no flash pictures as I want to retain the originality of the colours and content of the object of the desired ones. ;P

Hey there Sheila, thank you. You should give it a try in your neat camera of yours together with Tammy too. I managed to have the bridge as my "tripod" that was why it was clear... lol... I need that for the support. ;P

Hi Jeri, thank you too. Yes, I do my best to see the world differently from my eyes and feel the mood for the day too. So this is what I got for that night. I even noticed the clouds too. Amazing effects without special effects... lol.

Thanks Vinca. This one comes with a little patience with it too. I forgot my monopod so I used the bridge as a steady shot, it not, I won't be able to get this results. ;P
