THIS IS THE ANNUAL FOOD SHOW THAT WE HAVE EVERY YEAR IN DALLAS, TX.    I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF WHAT A FOOD SHOW LOOKS LIKE.  EVERY VENDOR THAT IS SET UP,  IS COOKING AND SHOWING HOW TO USE THEIR PRODUCTS.  AT THE END OF THE SHOW WE ARE GIVEN MANY OF THE SAMPLES TO TAKE HOME AND TRY.  iT'S A FUN THING TO DO, BUT A LOT OF WORK AND WALKING TOO.   IT IS A THREE DAY SHOW.

THE ENTERTAINMENT THE FIRST NIGHT WAS A VEGAS IMPERSONATOR ACT, AND THE SECOND NIGHT WAS CIRQUE DE SOLEI.  IT'S A REALLY GREAT SHOW TO BE A PART OF.

Jeff - I always have a blast. I have never taken pictures before in the 11 years I have gone to these, but this time decided I would. It's a very impressive show to go to. They always have great entertaiment too.

NOE - I looked tired.. huh ??? hahahahah... I was sooooo tired. It's a lot of walking and staying out late at night with the parties ... and then up really early for full days. It's worth it though.

Simon - we usually have a massage therapist at our food shows to help our aching backs and feet from all the walking and standing. :) This year we didn't have one... and we missed it. The new thing they had at one booth this year was jumbo shrimp wrapped in wonton wrappers and deep fried. Talking about YUMMMY !!!! :) I LOVED THEM. I passed that booth on every occassion I could to sample. Love talking to the vendors too and seeing the new products. Always fun and exciting. :)

Woody - if you have never been to one of these kinds of shows, it is definitely something worth seeing. Sampling the foods from all the booths is a great treat, but then at the end of the show free SHOPPING is even more fun. hahahaha... you feel like you have walked into a exotic grocery store and been stealing..hahahahaha...
